Ensono is a leading managed IT services (MITS) provider and consultancy which focuses on IT management, infrastructure modernization and migration, and business continuity.

Expanding from their existing PR and advertising SOW, Ensono engaged us to execute a full website redesign in order to solve performance issues and provide users with a more clear path to conversion.

My role on this project was both Art Director and Designer. I was responsible for creating wireframes, developing the look and feel of the website, and designing each page. Ensono was extremely happy with previous work I had done for them on an Editorial project

Site architecture + UX

Though they are a top-tier IT services company, Ensono's website performance suffered so badly that it negatively impacted conversion rates, SEO, and many other key performance indicators. With the launch of the new website, the Google performance score increased to 93%, and technical SEO score increased to 100%.

Ensono offers a wealth of services to its customers, but their old site was unable to communicate those services effectively. Working closely with their team of subject matter experts, we were able to provide a site and product architecture that finally made it easy for users to self-segment, and self-educate. With less friction in the user journey, conversion rates went up 46%, solving the most crucial pain point Ensono's website was experiencing.

Design + brand

As the concepting phase began, it became clear that the visual identity Ensono had been using for years no longer spoke to a modern, ever-evolving audience. Our team worked closely with the Ensono marketing team to ensure a visual brand that would appeal to the audience and personas that fit their business goals.

Dynamic, personalized modules were placed strategically throughout the website to target users in different regions and industries. This allowed Ensono to ensure those users were seeing the content which was most relevant to them at all times.

The resulting design system allowed Ensono to visually communicate the sophistication of their products and services with confidence.

Results

The up-leveled design system, better-organized product architecture, and drastically improved technical performance provided Ensono with the fine-tuned lead engine that had been missing from their toolkit.
